This e-commerce / startup financial model course is designed anyone working in the Technology Media and Telecommunication (TMT) group in investment banking, Venture Capital, or planning to start their own business. Some remarks

Dear CFI, I noticed some mistakes/inconsistency during the course videos. FYI: Capital assets -depretiation and closing Balance: P&E depretiation calculation (video 7:08) the formula refers to F$94 instead of F$95. => the formula is correct in the downloadable completed excel. We start the excel number cranching with Equity Raised figure 5 M$, however at the end of the course (Valuation) it increases to 8 mM$ (or maybe I missed something?) There are some spelling mistakes also. Anyway I enjoyed it

How are the exams conducted?

Students are required to complete an online assessment (Multiple choice questions, Fill-in-the-Blanks, and Excel Questions) at the end of each course. You can take the exams on your own schedule and will need to earn at least 80% to pass the course and earn your certificate of course completion.
