This course begins by teaching a structured approach to evaluating management, focusing on management’s attitudes, strategy, business plan, and track record. Afterward, it proceeds to demonstrate how to use a multi-criteria analysis and how to find important quantitative and qualitative data.
The course then showcases the attitude framework and how to use a scorecard. It also shares examples of other strategic frameworks, such as Hax’s Delta Model and the Ansoff Matrix. A student enrolled in this course will learn how to evaluate stakeholder management, understand what information must be gathered for performance evaluation, and analyze the possibilities and concerns that may arise from management characteristics.
